All time classic 70's card. My favorite card from that decade.
I find the helmet fascinating. Doesn't look very balanced on his head.
Andy - Ah, blog synergy. It's a thing of beauty!Bob - It's a good one alright. Between Eddie and Andre Dawson, the 1978 set has two of my favorite Rookie Cup cards.Mr P - Maybe he was taking practice cuts and knocked it askew. He probably straightened it right after the picture was snapped.
Given Eddie's afro that is always bursting beautifully out the sides of his hats, it is amazing any helmet could stay on his head very well!
